MasterKlamp cast fittings are a versatile system that eliminates the need for welding, bending or threading. It allows you to quickly erect any variety of pipe frame structures, no matter how complex your design.

 

The steel MasterKlamp cast fittngs are hot dipped galvanized in accordance with ISO 1461 to enhance durability in even the most unforgiving outdoor environments. They can also be powder coated in your choice of colour or specification.

	6.01 Straight Coupling The straight coupling is designed as an external, in-line joint between two pipes of the same diameter.
	6.03 Internal Coupling The internal coupling is designed to join two lengths of equal diameter pipe. The internally fitting, streamlined joint operates best when the pipes wall thickness is approximately 3.2 mm.
	6.04 Hook The hook is designed to attach to a vertical post allowing a chain to be attached to it. Typically used to either hold gates (chain or framed gates) in a closed or open position.
	6.06 Collar The collar is designed to provide additional support to existing Masterklamp products . Normally used when the loading on a structure exceeds the maximum permitted slip load of a set screw, as it gives extra support.
	6.08 Female Gate Hinge The female gate hinge is designed to compliment the male gate hinge, type 6.09.
	6.09 Male Gate Hinge The male gate hinge is suited to vertical adjustment by loosening the set screw that fixes the hinge to the post. Normally used together with Masterklamp cast fittings product type 6.08 Female Gate Hinge.
	6.14 Single Sided Panel Clip The single sided panel clip is designed to attach wire mesh infills. All clips are supplied with hexagonal bolt and nut M6 x 35.
	6.15 Double Sided Panel Clip The double sided panel clip is designed to attach wire mesh infills. All clips are supplied with hexagonal bolts and nuts M6 x 35.
	6.20 Set Screw Spare set screws come in three sizes: - Small: 3/8” BSF To suite 21 OD fittings - Medium: 1/4” BSP To suite 27 & 34 OD fittings - Large: 3/8” BSP To suite 42, 48 & 60 OD fittings
	6.21 Allen Key Allen Keys are available in three sizes: - Small: 3/16 across flats To suite small set screws - Medium: 1/4 across flats To suite medium set screws - Large: 5/16 across flats To suite large set screws
