Horizontal Base Railing Support - 4.03

The horizontal base railing support is designed so that pipe can be secured parallel to the fixing surface.
Typical applications include guard rails, balustrades and flagpoles. The pipe does not pass completely through the fitting. (If required, the base can be bored out for the pipe to pass through the fitting.)
