MasterKlamp cast fittings are a versatile system that eliminates the need for welding, bending or threading. It allows you to quickly erect any variety of pipe frame structures, no matter how complex your design.

The MasterKlamp cast fittngs are hot dipped galvanized in accordance with ISO 1461 to enhance durability in even the most unforgiving outdoor environments. They can also be powder coated in your choice of colour or specification.

	4.01 Base Flange The base flange is designed as a wall fixation flange. Normally used as a wall or base flange, where only positional fixing is required
	4.02 Railing Base Flange The railing base flange is designed as a strong base flange to support vertical posts. The fixing holes in the base should be set in line with the applied load.
	4.03 Horizontal Base Railing Support The horizontal base railing support is designed so that pipe can be secured parallel to the fixing surface. Typical applications include guard rails, balustrades and flagpoles.
	4.04 Vertical Base Railing Support The vertical base railing support is designed so that pipe can be secured parallel to the fixing surface. Typical applications include guard rails, balustrades and flagpoles.
	4.05 Railing Base Flange 0°-11° The railing base flange 00—11° is designed as a strong base flange to support vertical posts on sloping ground. The fixing holes in the base should be set in line with the applied load.
	4.06 Handrail Support The handrail support is designed to carry handrails alongside walls. As an alternative it can also be used to attach pipe to floors, walls or ceilings.
	4.08 Rail Base with Toeboard Support The railing base flange with toeboard support is designed as a strong base flange to support vertical posts. The toeboard support allows for the fixation of a toeboard along the ground level.
	4.10 Base Plate The base plate is designed as a brace fitting for attachments to walls, floors and ceilings.
	4.11 Swivel Base The swivel base is designed as a variable angle brace fitting for attachments to walls, floors and ceilings.
	4.13 Side Palm The side palm is designed for fixing pipe close to the wall, such as balustrades and guard rails.
	4.18 Ground Socket The ground socket is designed to be anchored into concrete.
	4.20 Single Sided Collar Plate The single sided collar plate is designed to be used as a panel or post fixing bracket with one attachment hole.
	4.21 Double Sided Collar Plate The double sided collar plate is designed to be used as a panel or post fixing bracket with two attachment holes.
