Plastic Caps are used for numerous applications from tube endings in milking sheds on farms to furniture stop ends. As the potential applications are so varied it is our duty to ensure the materials used to make the plastic Caps are versatile, resistant and stylish.

The material that the plastic caps are made of is named ‘High Density UV Stabilized Polyethylene’. This was the choice of material for reasons such as it’s UV resistance, strength, density, and longevity.
The plastic caps fit into the end of tubing by being knocked in with a rubber mallet or hammer of some kind. It is important to chose the right size of the caps to ensure they serve their purpose to their full potential; especially in outdoor use where water may be present. To do this you should understand the code that ASPL use to disseminate all of the necessary variables when sizing the plastic cap.
